brunch invite

we are having a brunch at the hotel the morning after the wedding...we are debating on either just telling people about it and if they come they come; if not we save some $$$
or putting an insert with the details in their gift bags.

what do you suggest? and does anyone have a cute poem/wording to let guests know about the brunch?
