Do I mention the day after brunch anywhere on my invitation? We have to provide a guest count for it, do I ask for an RSVP on the response card or just guestimate based on the number staying at the hotel? What has worked best for you girls?

Re: brunch question
I would enclose something in your OOT bags and you can ask them to RSVP when they check in. For now, I would guess based on the # of hotel guests.

Re: brunch question
I've received in invitation via e-mail before and have been asked to respond via e-mail as well. For older people not on e-mail, I think word of mouth works.

Re: brunch question
I put it on our website, and I'll put a mention in it in the OOT bags. We're estimating based on rooms booked.

Re: brunch question
We are giving our OOT guest coupons in the hotel bags. When they go to breakfast, they have to hand their tickets in. The hotel is willing to use the coupons in lieu of an officially head count.

Re: brunch question
I put the brunch info in my invitation so that the 'Accommodations' Card says 'For those guests staying at the hotel, please join us for brunch on August 15...'. And then on the RSVP card there is a spot for a brunch RSVP as well. I need an exact number and definitely can't go based on the hotel rooms.
