Is anyone planning a brunch reception, or have you been to one recently? I love, love, love the idea of a brunch reception, but feel a little lost in terms of finding the right place! I checked out 3VI, which was great, and I adore the director, but it felt more like a traditional wedding, which isn't the vibe we're going for. Any location suggestions/comments/anything would be greatly appreciated!!!

I absolutely agree, I think that Chateu le mer would be the perfect choice and the pricing would not be bad. Def. go check it out. For your entrance you come in on a boat while everyone is watching from the deck. Very Nice place for a brunch!

Re: Brunch Reception Help!
Mosh424- Thanks so much! I emailed the Milleridge Inn and they gave me a ton of info right away! This is definitely the type of place we're looking for, and it's centrally located between Long Island/Westchester/Stamford, which works out very nicely!
So your bio says you're getting married there as well? I guess that means they did a great job on your e-party? :)

Smithtown Landing Country Club has a nice burnch wedding reception menu. They're a cute place - and you can make it whatever vibe youw ant because its not too too fancy.
