Brunch Stations

Clarification: There cant be any meat (eggs and fish are not considered meat) because it is a dairy meal (fh's family is kosher). boooo!!!!

can you have an omlette station?

french toast station?

waffle station?

anything with potatos usually makes me happy!

oh, and lots of fruit!

We did a dairy brunch for our e-party!

Here is what we had:

bagels, cream cheese, lox, whitefish, sable, fruit salad, regular salads, herring, hot pasta (regular pasta with sauce and then eggpant rollitini), tuna and egg salad, and a giant cake from a kosher bakery for dessert. We were thinking of getting an waffle station but we had more than enough food!

We did see several 'stations' though when we were looking thru menus -- crepestation, ice cream bar station, waffle/pancakes. etc. There are a lot of kosher bagel/deli type caterers out on LI that can do this for you and provide staff too.
