help me entertain this idea.. where can you picture an elegant saturday or sunday afternoon brunch wedding??? just thinking...

I know they only do it if you are a last minute planner like me but I am having my wedding on a Sunday at de Seversky. We opted for the sit down lunch but brunch was an option. However they will only do either if the date is unbooked 3 months before.
