I am getting soooooo fed up with them!!! This has been the 3rd time that I have had issues with them. I am not going to go into detail on here, but better believe that I will in the review in August!!

If we are talking about the same one, I had problems too.....3 times I had to go and find my stuff again, they never wrote down my info...and I got everything there.

Also, when the dress came in, it was never ordered hollow to hem. So it had to go back again. Then when it came in, it had pleats near the front (shouldnt be there) and they said they were shipped the wrong dress. Finally I got my dress

Also, my sisters are jr bms, and both of them were measured incorrectly, and there dresses had to be reordered....hopefully no more problems!

Sorry you're having such problems I didn't order from them because when I went there the saleswoman was horrible!

I found a dress I really liked there but I also found many complaints against them so I went elsewhere.
