...when did you move your little one out of your bedroom into their big crib? We have Damien in a co-sleeper (which I love) and I can't imagine ever moving him into his crib So I was curious when you all did it. Thanks

5 months. We had him in our bed for a few months, then in the pack and play in our room and my DH finally said enough--he is going in his room. I have to say we have all been sleeping well since we moved him but it was the hardest thing to do and I still wake up in the middle of the night just to go look at him!

At 3 months she went from a cradle in our room to the crib in her room.

Stacey, just wanted to say, I'm SO glad the cosleeper is working out for you guys!
Although Lyla wakes up often, and sometimes sleeps in my bed, we started the transition to her to her crib just before 3 months because I knew that with her personality it would be difficult to do later. I personally think every baby is different and some babies are not ready to be in a different room from their mother too early.

My first post in answer to a 'mommy' question as an official Mommy!!!!
Funny you should ask this Stacey, but last night Joe and I took down the bassinet because it had become a 'toy chest'!!!! Gianna hasn't been in it for about a month! She LOVED it at first, but since she's such a little gavone, she couldn't stand being in it for 2 reasons: one, it was too small for her (and she was so lost in it when we first took her home) and two, she's so nosy, she couldn't see what was going on!!!
So in answer to your question, she's been in her crib since she's about 6 weeks old and loves it! And since we put that Ocean's Aquarium thing up, she sleeps like a baby! She LOVES it and the fact that she has soooo much more room!!!
