do I have to wrap them in tulle or can I just hand them out as is? The church doesn't want the tulle and ribbon all over the place.
I would just hand them out, as is. I think people are more likely to use them if they can just - pop! - open them, rather than unwrap them as they' re walking out of the church, hugging and talking to people . . .
I am just going to tie a ribbon around the neck of the bottle. I also think people will just want to pop them open. I had gotten the ribbons with the names and date on them, but they are not what I expected- they are sort of cheezy looking, so I am just doing a sheer colored ribbon.
I got ones with flowers on top, so I'm not wrapping them, just putting them in a basket.
I put a label on mine and will attach a flower to the neck (if I remember down the line). I wouldn't wrap them in tulle.
