Bubbles, Bells after the church??? Any ideas

So my church doesnt allow us to throw anything, rice, pedals etc. because it is high on stairs and people can slip - So The only things I can think of are bubbles or little personalized cowbells that people can ring.. I really dont want the bubbles because I dont want them on me or my dress and my FH thinks people will be ringing the bells all night at the reception.. Any other ideas ?

We did bubbles and had no problems with the bubbles getting on my dress or the BM dresses. It looked amazing in our photos.

If you get the bubbles that are meant for weddings, from what I understand it is a special formula that doesn't stain. Of course this could just be a ploy to sell more bubbles...
