Hi. I'm looking for recommendations for affordable photographers. I really want to have nice pics but I can't afford to spend 2-3,000k on pics. Is it possible to get nice pics for $1,000 or under? Can anyone recommend good but affordable photographers? I'm starting to make a list of vendors to check out. Thanks.

Re: Budget phtographers
you might try fming hmpena - she has a lot of suggestions and used a budget photographer.
I believe they are reasonably priced, though I cannot recall pricing offhand (haven't used her for a wedding). They shoot 100% digital, but the photos are amazing. Tell her Kara recommended her. They book pretty quickly, so I'd talk to them sooner rather than later. I believe they have several different packages available for weddings.
Edited to fix the link!

I used Marianela Vera - she was fantastic! Our package was $1500, but I think she may be $2000 now.
