Budget woes

I'm starting to freak out a little about our budget and making it all work. I know I first need to finish booking my venders (still need a dj) but I'm worried about all the little extras that I need to include. Anyone have a good complete list of everything I need to set aside money for???? and any ideas how to pay for it all

i dont have a list but I would say write EVERYTHING down that you will need for that day including all the little things that we dont really put into the budget like:

Placecards
Menus
Programs
Calligraphy
Address Labels
Postage
Whatever you will wear under your dress
Shoes
Jewelry
Customized Runners


A lot of these things I never put into our budget and you dont really think about until ur getting closer to your date. Maybe look through a timeline checklist an get ideas from there.

This is my master to-do list, it's obviously specific to details of my theme, so not everything will apply to you, but I think I was pretty thorough with the little things as well as the big things. I'm not doing OOT baskets and bathroom baskets and cry packs and little superfluous things like that...but if you intend to, just add them to the list!

Remember all these extras are wonderful, but they aren't all necessary. Do what you can do, it's your wedding.

ITA. The list above that was posted was great, but I'm not doing half of those things. Just remember, this day is about honoring your love for one another - not about breaking the bank. Do what you can do. No one is going to say 'OMG she didn't have a slipper basket!'
