FH & I have decided not to have one. We have decided since we are doing everything on our own and ha worked so hard by working 2 jobs for the past 15 years that we will splurge for our wedding.

good for you! if you can swing it...better to not have one...b/c most of the time you end up exceeding it anyway. We dont really have a budget either...just trying to be sensible about costs.

Wow yall must be ballin' over there!
Soo not the case over here! FH and I have a budget and we're pretty much sticking to it - and we still have room to splurge on some things by getting great deals on others. It's great that you don't have a budget, but just remember that there is more beyong those 8 hours. I'm dreaming of hardwood floors, ceramic tiles, granite counter tops, and some nice furniture sets!

well when ur ready for marble,granite kitchen cabinets etc..let me knoww.. btwn fh and i redoing our entire kitchen.. 1 sledge hammer at a time..and me designing my moms basement im a pro!

we never sat down and discussed a budget. i knew what i didnt want to spend per person. and the rest of teh vendors i shopped around for. but i do c onstantly figure out how much money we can bank by the wedding.

I've got a ceiling... we're no where near it. I have a ball park that I want to spend per each vendor... and as long as we're in the ball park I'm happy.

Kind of the same here. By no means do me and FH have money but we are just watching our pennies
