Buff Brides Update!

4 weeks until my wedding....and I have lost...(drumroll pleeze!) 13 POUNDS!!!!!!

I have been at it for 12 weeks....and have 4 more to go! I can hardly believe it!!!

For the first 2 months it was like nothing was happening and then all of a sudden all of this hard work has started paying off.......

Just wanted you girls to know that anyone can do it with exercise and a good diet if I can! I am proof!!

YYIIPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
