Has anyone ever made one? I need to know the approximate cost of a completed priject (animal, clothes, sound)

I did one a couple of years ago It cost about $30 but I didn't have sound.

it completely depends on which bear you stuff- there is a plain jane bear that probably costs about 10 dollars then as they get more furry they cost more.

I made one with my sister. There are different ranges of prices for the 'bear' you want to stuff. I believe the range is from $9 to about $30. Then there are the clothing options which depending how much you want to dress it can affect the price.

I say estimate about $50 if you want to include an entire outfit and sound etc. It shouldn't be more than that. You could get one for $30 too - just depends on which bear you choose.

I got my FG and RB a gift card and the girl behind the counter told ne $50 would cover all accesories

Thanks ladies!!! I'm getting them for my RBs...I think I'll get them $50..I was worried that that would be too much, I know my aunt won't take them again to use up the card......maybe I'll get them $30, this way there won't be anything left over if they spend less than $50...
I know I'll be the one taking them, so I can cover the extra expense if needed.

Oh wow, Keri! That's a great idea- why didn't I think of that? Oh well, I think the American Girl doll replicas of their Jr BM/FG dresses are pretty cool. But I LOVE Build a Bear!!!
