Poppy Seed Bundt Cake II
An easy poppy seed Bundt cake that is quick AND delicious. Prep Time: approx. 10 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 1 Hour .
Ready in: approx. 1 Hour 10 Minutes. Makes 1 - 10 inch Bundt pan (14 servings).

1 (18.25 ounce) package
yellow cake mix
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1/2 cup white sugar
4 eggs


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease
and sugar a 10 inch Bundt pan.
2 In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, sour cream,
poppy seeds and sugar. Mix until smooth. Beat in eggs one at
a time. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3 Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a
toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.


you can make a glaze out of powdered sugar and milk....take powdered sugar...in a measuring cup and start to drizzle in a little milk...keep going until the mixture is smooth. Dont add too mcuh milk or else the galze will just run off.
