So I think I found the gown that I want to get, and it looks like Burton's has the best price for both the gown and alterations-has anyone bought a gown from here? What was your experience?
I ordered my gown from there (it's not in yet). I went there because lots of my friends have gotten their gowns there and have been very happy. It's a 'no frills' place, but the prices are great and everyone I know how been happy with the alterations.
i ordered my gown from there...i was really hesitant to go there because i heard bad things but when i went there they were soo nice even on the phone they were nice and so helpful...their alterations aren't a lot of money either!! good luck and their prices for gowns are awesome!!

Where in the WORLD is Burton's? I went into Huntington/Melville today looking for MOB dresses and all I saw was this run-down tiny brown 'house' on 110 that said Burton's. Is this it?? Do they have another location???

yes, its a tiny shack... the bridal store is upstairs in a tiny room... i ordered my dress from them bc they gave me the best price .... and yes, alts are cheaper than most other places...
