We booked with them and so far have been very pleased with their friendliness. My friend at work got married in September and used them - her flowers were wonderful!

We're using Burton's too. We knew a few people who had used them and the flowers came out great. John was nice to work with and gave us a great $$$. We only had to leave a small deposit to hold the date. The rest is due right around the wedding. Def. worth meeting with & getting a quote
We met with John too - very nice man.

I had an appointment with them yesterday. I knew exactly what I wanted, so the appointment itself was really easy. I made the appt because I've heard that generally, they have the lowest prices. But, I was surprised that their quote was higher than another companies. And honestly, I went to the other company knowing exactly what I wanted too.....but they took more time with me, gave me input and advice and suggestions and ideas.........and I'm not a florist so I appreciated that. With Burton's, they took my idea, gave me a quote, and that was that. They seem to know what they're doing, he said he could do exactly what I was envisioning, but his quote was about $300 higher than my leading contender. FM me if you want more details.
i had the same exact experience. they were the first i met with but didn' take much time. I thought their price was great but then i met with the florist for my RH and they were cheaper (and sat down and spent an hour with me) so i booked them.
i just booked, within 6 months, so you have time but it's always good to get it out of the way

Re: Burtons Flowers
I booked Burtons for my wedding. I was really happy with them and have heard great things about them from other brides. Their price was much lower than 3 other florists that I visited. They also came highly recommended by my banquet manager even though they are not a recommended florist at Crest Hollow. Like other people have posted, the price doesn't change based on flower type. I wanted full bouquets of mango calla lilies for my bm's and all other florists refused to do that because they said it was too expensive and that the only reasonable thing to do would be to add filler like berries and such. John at Burton's said it wouldn't be a problem to just have a full bouquet of calla lilies. My recommendation would be to go to a florist or 2 before Burton's so you can appreciate the difference. If you to know how much I paid you can FM me. Hope this info helps.
