Burton's or NY Bridal Outlet?

I won't be going anytime soon, but for when I decide to get my bridesmaids dresses, which store has the better prices, customer service/reliability: Burtons or NY Bridal Outlet?

Does anyone have any experiences with these stores? I will most likely have my girls get Bill Levkoff dresses.

i just ordered my wedding dress at burtons. carole is sarcastic, but so awesome! WHen i was trying dresses on, it was a saturday so there were about 5 girls coming and going to get their bridesmaid dresses altered. So far, it's been a great experience.

I got my bridesmaids bill levkoff dresses where I bought my wedding dress, elenas bridal in merrick they are awesome :)

I hate to say this, but my experience with Burton's has been less than stellar so far. I have out of town bridesmaids and Burton's told me, no problem just have them call in their measurements and send a check we do it all the time. Two of my BM called me after and said when they called, the person on the phone had no idea what was going on and acted like this was something out of the ordinary. I was downstairs a few weeks ago booking flowers, and one of my BM walked upstairs to check on the order (she wanted to know if the dress they ordered does or doesn't have pockets, it's been a debate) and they couldn't find our order. And she looked the dress up online and was like, it looks like it has pockets.
We finally called back during the week and after being on hold for a looong time, they finally found the order and it was placed on time, so they say. I'm nervous about the rest of the process with them.
