Re: Bus for Guests
You can do a cheese bus which would be cheaper than a party bus. Otherwise, check with your limo company about having shuttle vans.

I am looking to do this but havent figured out the details yet. You should ask your hotel I know alot of them provide a free shuttle if you book a certain amount of rooms.

I was hoping it was instead of booze like the party bus, there was cheese! That would be my ultimate perfect ride!!

I am going to have a bus but I am going to figure out the details once I get a better idea of who is staying where. But we'll have atleast 50% of our people from out of town so I'm sure I'll have to have 2 or one 55 passenger and one smaller one.

Re: Bus for Guests
When I went to my friend's wedding in Pittsburgh, the hotel provided the transportation to the church and the limo company provided the rides to the reception and back to the hotel.
Just a word of caution: the shuttle bus driver didn't know how to get to the church and I just happened to be in the shuttle with the groom's entire family. The poor bride HAD to wait in the limo in front of the church for over a half hour (making everyone late) because the groom's family wasn't there!!! LOL
