Business Lawyer

Is anyone aware of an inexpensive business lawyer they could recommend?? This would be to start a small sole proprietorship business that would primarily conduct sales over the internet and to answer any questions about collecting sales tax within and outside of NYS. In addition, it would be great if the lawyer could assist in the process of possibly getting the business trademarked. TIA!
