i am clueless apparently.. how do i get a bustle? do i even need one? nobody at davids mentioned one when i bought my dress.. this is my dress-
i need to make an appt at davids to try the dress on again, get a slip to make it a little fuller and do i ask about a bustle??? or was i supposed to do that a long time ago? or i dont need one at all?? wow, i feel like i s*ck at this stuff.

the point of a bustle (at least what i think) is for the train..so u dont trip on it or anyhting when u are dancing/walking around all night..so if u have a train on your dress, u will need it

yes you ahouls have a bustle...it holds up the back of your dress that drags on the floor...you should get it so nobody steps on it, etc... just ask them about it...it can be tied or snaps or buttons. it all depends on then dress

are you getting your alterations done at davids? .. Thats when you get the bustle done. You get the bustle to bring up your train, from the picture it looks like a little train, so you may just need one little bustle.
You should start alterations soon though.

The bustle is done when you get your alterations, just ask the seamstress what type would look best with your dress.

oh ok phew... davids is open til 9 tonight so i just called and made my appt to see if i need alterations and to get a slip, so i will ask about a bustle.. my appt is tomorrow morning, thanks girls
