i recently went to dry on dresses... and was told that alterations are capped at 425, and it includes bustle. i went to another place who said 275 cap, but didn't mention bustle. so question is.... is bustle seperate from alterations??

Bustles are seperate I believe. I think that is what my salon told me.

my bustle and alterations were separate and had separate caps at bridal reflections in carle place

Mine is 395 alterations (as many times as i need the dress altered) and 195 bustle... Total 590.. Maybe I should haggle now or bring to another place? I'm feeling I may spend too much after reading those prices..

my bustle was included at rk bridal
they told me the max for alterations was 350 and mine came out to 310.

my bustle is capped at $225 and includes a regular bustle. the reverse bustle (i forget what its called - french maybe??) would be an extra 100 but im not going with that one for my dress. i am going to add buttons which will be more $$ village bridal - babylon. love them.

Yes. They are usually separate . I had 9 bustles placed at 15 bucks each.... I would rather 9 drinks :)

depends on where you buy the dress. Mine is 490 for bustle, fittings, buttons, bones, anything i need/want in the dress.

my bustle was $295 and my alterations were $310 (cap was $595 for the alterations alone). i had a french bustle
