Ok I do not know alot about this but to you create the bustle on your gown? I want the French Bustle and an wondering if the gown is made with the attachments for the Bustle?

The bustle is created by the seamstress.

when you buy your gown & then go for your first fitting the seamstresses will tell you which bustle will work with your gown. not all bustles can be done with all dresses- so if you have your heart set on a type just ask while gown shopping.
