We are taking pictures before the ceremony, do girls know if you have your dress bustled for pics? We have such a huge bridal party (20) i dont know how i'll manuvor without getting it stepped on or dirty. What do you guys think?
PS: my bustle has like a million little ribbons to tie so it's a project to bustle and unbustle.

Re: Bustle question
I did not do my bustle until after the ceremony and I had photos beforehand too. Everyone took care not to step on my train.
ETA: I had a smaller BP so I don't know if that makes a difference.

Re: Bustle question
I had my dress unbustled, but it was after the ceremony. If it was before I probably would have bustled it. The train on my dress is filthy from pics. You want it to be clean and nice when you come down the aisle.

Re: Bustle question
You generally don't bustle your dress until after your first dance. I kept it unbustled until after the ceremony and then bustled it before my first dance because I didn't want to trip on it and didn't want to be holding the train.

I didn't bustle until after the ceremony...we had a very large bridal party and they just were careful...our photographer was a huge help with that!

Re: Bustle question
same here.. did pics first but bustled after. . we did a lot of maneuvering, holding etc but it all worked out. . I think you don't want it bustled for pics either bc you can prob take some nices ones with it all fanned out etc. .

Re: Bustle question
I had my dress bustled the whole time, even during the ceremony. The train didnt have any beading so I didnt see the point in just letting it drag.
