so does yours actually not look like a bustle? my train goes under too, making the dress have a bubble hem all the way around.

EXACTLY! so my skirt looks exactly the same all the way around, except the back of the bottom will be like a bubble hem. I'll definitely post a picture after I go for my next fitting.
