busy day for me too..with a question @ housewarming parties

although im flipping out i have so much stuff to do...my stupid list has 12 things on it right now..

but the exciting parts-first im going to david's bridal to get an idea of the kind of veils i like, then i have my friends housewarming party

btw..i know there was a post on here a few weeks ago about a housewarming present, but how much do yall usually spend on a present for a housewarming party?

For me, it depends on the people. We recently gave a friend of mine (my florist) a $50 gift card to Lowes. Even thought I'm not always in touch with him, I spent a little more since he's doing me a huge favor with my wedding flowers.

Another couple, we just brought 2 bottles of wine.

Then another, two of our best friends, we bought them the Heineken Beertender, lol. My friend's husband saw it at our house and loved it, so it was on sale and with a 20% off coupon, it wasn't too expensive.

I guess I'd say it depends on how close you are to the couple.
