this is the answer we got from a patient after we saw him smoking in the hall of the doctor's office I work in & told him there is no smoking in the building.

my sister!!!
her father died of a heart attack, her grandmother of lung cancer 11 months later. our mom had a stroke in april.
guess what? she is overweight, smokes, eats unhealthy food and doesn't exercise ever.
