That sounds really nice!! You should buy a kit and go through the process at home! Like we used to do in school ?

Re: Butterflies....
I once went to the bronx zoo- and I begged and begged my mom to pay the extra money us to go into the Butterfly Tunnel- after she finally gave in I stepped through the entrance & I freaked out & I ran through a hundered miles an hour until I was outside!!! When I started planning my wedding & I brought up having butterflies released...my mom made me promise that I wouldn't do it!
So while I think it would be pretty.... I will be sticking with rose petals!
Good luck- I would love to see your pictures!!

Re: Butterflies....
If you are going to do it, raise them yourself. (I'm pretty sure BJandDan did this) Unfortunately, the ones that come 'prepackaged' don't always survive the trip, or they can be disoriented when the package is opened.

i know someone who did this...they come in individual packages and then we put them in a basket.....there was only one that died in the trip...they used amazing butterflies and i think they were an excellent company so thatys who i am going to use....it will take to long to raise myself
