Has anyone added buttons to the back of a dress that had a zipper. If so, did you add buttons with loops so that they actually buttoned or just added ones that didn't loop just to get that look. If either, how did it come out and where did you get it done? Any info would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!

My sister went from laced up to buttons. I believe it was a zipper with the buttons. The dress she picked out had the option to switch the backing, so I suggest you ask the bridal shop where you are getting your dress if that designer has that option. She got the dress at Lillette's in Baldwin.
