BUY MERCHANT.COM - update with explanation
the guy is a friggin PSYCHO!!!!!!!!!!!! the other girl who posted last week was not exaggerating! he started screaming at me.

i was too pissed to explain the situation but this is what happened.
mom ordered these metallic leather strap sandals online. all was good and she received a confirmation email. then the next day someone calls her and says they're not in stock but they have something similar at the same price. mom asks 'are they leather' response 'i dont think so'. she asks 'are the straps metallic' 'no they are plain'. ok so she doesnt know what to do.
after that she called me- i wasnt so thrilled about not having the ones i saw so i went online to try to find the other ones he so verbosely described. could not find plain non leather strapped sandals. so today he calls her and says 'are you sure you want these because there's no returns'. my moms suprised and called me just to double check. since i cannot find them, i call the place to see if they can tell me which ones they are. here's the convo with mr. verbose:
me: hi, i was wondering if you could tell me which product you recommended to my mother
him: product # so and so
Me; pulling it up on the website. that doesnt seem like the ones you described- they are not plain.
him: uhuh
me: do they have sequins?
him: yes!
me: you told my mother they were plain
him: no i did not! are you calling me a liar?! and then he goes off into a diatribe of i dont know what cuz he was yelling.
so i start yelling back to forget the order, they dont have what i originally ordered so cancel it. then he says he has to charge me 20% cancellation fee. i said that was not applicable to me and that i dont want to do business with him. he is SCREAMING at me like a friggin psycho. so i tell him that he will hear from my lawyer and hang up.
10 minutes later mom calls him and hes screaming at her. she says that she just wants to order the sequined ones and just ship it out. he shut up and that was that. on principle i dont want to order from them but mom didnt want to deal with it further. she could've put a dispute on her cc because there was NO reason why they shouldd've charged us a cancellation fee. bulls hit!!
