So are any brides and their FH planning to buy a house after they get married or a condo? Just curious

We are starting to seriously look for houses in December of 2005..I wont technically 'move in' till i get married he will move in though

I want a house so badly! It is going to be so hard to pay for the wedding and a mortgage, so we will probably get an apt. and hopefully within six months-one year of being married buy our house. YAY!

we are looking but no luck yet. If it were up to me we would leave LI (I love it, but just to much $$$$$). But FH would never leave. Its soo expensive...grrrr!

We really want to get a house a couple of months before the wedding and I think move our stuff in but neither of is going to technically move in I think. Not sure!

we are anxiously on the hunt right now for a house...We want to get that expense out of the way & if there is any work to be done, do it while neither one of us technically need to live in it!

We closed on our house in June and have started moving stuff in, but we won't live there together until after the wedding (parents' wishes). I can't wait to move in, but it is a lot of stress buying a house and planning a wedding!

We were looking for the past year but we are very indecisive and I didn't want to rush in to anything so for now we are renting. By this time next year we should be in our own house... who know where it may be, maybe not in NY
