buying a home

Can anyone give me some good advice - I am looking for a home in a good neighborhood with a good school district - I would like 3-bedrooms - BUT i want to stay near nassau - Can anyone suggest anything..... I cant afford a huge mortgage - Its a crazy market out there.....

we bought in levittown where there are still some affordable houses. im told the scholl dist once has a bad rep but thats its fine now. im 15-20 mins from queens without traffic and a few mins drive from either the hicksville or wantagh train station.

Us too. We bought a house in Levittown. Its the only place we could afford to start out. I love where I am.
