Buying a veil?

Buying a veil?

So I chose my dress this week (as you may have seen from my other post), but I didn't buy it directly from the designer (Kenneth Pool at Amsale). The first time I tried on the dress though was last week at Kenneth Pool. When I tried it on there they put this beautiful veil on me that matched the dress perfectly. Since I didn't buy it from them would it be terribly wrong to go back there and buy that veil from them? I have another appointment set up with them for next week. I had set it up to come back but found a better price elsewhere. Should I go back for the appointment and just buy the veil? Or cancel the appointment, but tell them i want the veil? What would you do or have you done? Thanks!!

When i went and bought my dress I fell in love with the Veil and head piece but i wasnt gonna spend over 3k for it so I went to Barrons and Tri-county and got the same exact ones and paid $400 plus he is customizing for me....He has a huge selection!! Fm me if you want the #...good luck!

Do you have photos of the veil? If so, I second Danielle's suggestion to go to Barron's. I went there for my veil and it worth saving all the money. They can recreate anything you show them.

I don't have a pic of it, but I wish I did. It's actually fairly simple. It's fingertip length witha taupe hue to match my dress which has a pink wash of color and the beading on the edges matches the beading on my dress. I don't think they'd charge me that much for the veil (probably about $400 if I had to guess) b/c it's not SUPER ornate, but it just went so perfectly with the gown that I want that exact one. Would it be really wrong to go back there and just get the veil?

honestly, who cares if it's wrong or right, its a business and you are just one of thousands who go in there to buy a dress...they want money and will be happy to make a sale either way. if you feel weird, just say that you got another dress but love the veil and want the veil. it's not like they will say no. besides, you'll never see these people again anyway =)

If you like it just get it, Life is too short!!! Its your one day to have everything you wanted. When I found my dress they had a veil that matched my dress exactly and I threw caution to the wind and said I will take the dress and the veil!
Now I have to get the headpiece!!
Just go for it, why take a chance on not getting exactly waht you want and what you know already matches your dress!!!
