Buying Thongs

Buying Thongs

I saw a tip somewhere, I think it was Queer Eye for the Straight Girl, that you should buy thongs 1 size too big for more a comfortable feel. I never even thought of that... did you?

Ah if only people knew that thongs actually serve a purpose and that purpose is not to attract attention. It is actually to avoid panty lines. There are thong 'do's' and there are thong 'don'ts'.

And buying it one size too big is averse to this? They're not saying it so you stick it out of your pants, it's so it rests on your butt instead of being stuck up there. Still achieves the same affect

I definitely buy one size bigger, especially depending on the cut or style of the panty.

Right... that's why I said a 'comfortable' feel not a 'look at me' purpose!

No actually buying a size too big is not averse to this. I was simply making reference to people who wear thongs for display. I figured an extra thread on the misuse of thongs was not necessary. Apparently my sense of humor was not detected. Sorry but I meant no offense.

The one thing that kills me about thongs is when people bend down and you see their underwear hanging out....Darn those low rider jeans but seriously so do not want to see other peoples butts!

eta picture....

So it is called whale tail to have a thong exposed.... Learn something new everyday!!!

And we complain about plumbers? I don't wanna see that either!

I always buy 1 size bigger - it definitely makes a difference in comfort level.

And I only buy low-rise....I HATE the thonged plumber look!!!

I haven't tried to squeeze my fat a$$ in one in a long time, besides it's very unattractive on a pregnant woman,(JMO). I hope that one day I will be able fit in one again. And when I do, I just might try a bigger size.
