Buying wedding gown online

I have finally seen a wedding gown that made my eyes light up. The feeling that every bride wants to experience when she sees THE gown for the first time. Well, after many months of looking I've found THE gown for me. However, the gown is not available in any US stores, but I can purchase it online from bestbridalprices.com. My question is, should I risk making such an important and expensive purchase from an online vendor?

Also, has any one had any experience with the practically online vendor?

I wouldn't purchase it if you haven't tried it on. Dresses can look SO much different in person!

Ditto. I have no problem ordering from an online place as long as I've tried on the gown. Gowns that I thought I loved in pics did nothing for me when I tried them on. Based on that, I would need to try it on.

I wouldn't do it. Have you looked around to see if anyone makes a similar dress or if a seamstress could make it for you?

Return Policy


Wedding Gowns
We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered wedding gowns. We do not accept returns on special ordered plus size gowns or specialty ordered gowns such as hollow to hem gowns, special measurement gowns, in stock gowns, or discontinued gowns. We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or defective. All returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the gown and you must have a return authorization number from us. All returned gowns will have a 50% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the gown. No manufacturer will take any gowns back from Best Bridal Prices so therefore we must have a 50% restocking fee. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 50% restocking fee. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 8 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them. Best Bridal Prices has the most upfront return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to contradict the terms.

If you are really set on this dress, I would suggest you try on similar styles first to see if you like them on your body. You may also fall in love with a similar dress that you try on!

I looked and found these for you as similar styles. Obviously they're not the exact same style, but similar looks (corset top, fitted skirt, satin).

Maybe you can try some of these on and see how you feel about the style. Good luck!

Its very important u try it on! Like its a MUST!
The sizes run very small, as well.

Write down the designer, style # and start searching where u can find it in a salon, where u can actually try it on.
