we used hotels in lynbrook/rvc... holiday inn express, hampton inn and suites and the best western. they're the closest hotels to byc besides allegria (but it's $$$ and requires a 2 night min)

I know this is an old post, but have you decided? I'm getting married at BYC in October 2012. We were planning on using Best Western, but the hotel manager is acting unprofessionally!
I blocked rooms at the Holiday Inn express. it is right on Sunrise Hwy in Lynbrook. DH and I hired a bus to pick up and drop off all the guests, that is the only bad thing about the distance to all the hotels from BYC. but everything worked out, my guests really liked the hotel.
