Why?

i understand everyone wants to know what happened, and that they care about LP because she is such an amazing person, but i dont think everyone needs to know her business, IMO. if she wanted everyone to know, she would've said it, but maybe she didnt want to broadcast it. Either way, She jsut wanted to say Goodbye to everyone- not cause drama, and i feel like the least we can do is respect that

And I'm not sure that everyone that wants to know really wants to know because they care about LP. Although I really hope they do because 'caring' just to get the scoop on 'gossip' is terrible. The fact that she's gone is bad enough...in my eyes, she will always be the originator of 05...she fought so hard for this board and helped so many...and like Gail said, made everyone - including this bride back in her 'newbie' days - feel SO welcome.

LP you rock and you'll be missed, yes, but bigger and better things await you - I'm sure of it!

LP probably didnt share cause shes a classy lady

but I do think that if it was something to do with this site, then I'm outta here too.

We brides rally around each other when a bridal store or other vendor treats us badly but when its LIW (possibly) noone wants to speak up ?

The reason why I said we need to know why is for several reasons. If it is someone that has contributed to the boards and is now booted off, we should know why so it doesnt happen to us. If I spend all day helping others and meet people that I would like to stay in contact with, I would hope to feel that the boards can see all of my efforts as well.

I do not think that knowing why will cause drama. I say this because I know what happened and I can CHOOSE to take my stance on the subject. It is like having a friend that something bad happen too, you just want to make sure she was treated fairly.

LP- you will definately be missed by me- my purple twin- thanks for all the help and support.

i do understand what you're saying, but i do NOT think that its hypocritical At All. Two compeltely different situations- in one, a bride CHOOSES to SHare her feelings and experience and ask for help, in the other the person just wanted to say Goodbye. If LP wanted to share her story, i'm sure everyone would rally around her too (and if she does end up doing it, then they will)... but she chose Not to, and i feel like we should Respect that. IMO

Wow! Just reading this thread... I'm surprised to see you out of her LP As the others have siad, you made the 05 board. I have sppoken very briefly with you but read MANY posts and you will be missed.

If someone could PM me the story I would appreciate it. If not, it's all good too.
