I've done this
I actually did lose like 7 lbs but like on the 4th day i went #2 like 6 times, no lie. I think that had something to do it the weight loss
Don't tell me I'm going to be in the bathroom all day today. So far I have had 1 banana and 2 glasses of milk. I knew day 4 wasn't going to be easy for me.
no, not all the time but it was one BAD day. I think it is all the fiber from the veggies and all the hot liquid. I like to go though, feel slike a cleanse
