I swear I only get sick or have some type of ailment like once a year. I've been in my apt all day yesterday and today I cant really venture out-only to get the eye drops for my eye. I wish this would go away. I feel like a 4 year old! Dont kids only get these eye infections?? I dont get it!!!!!!!!!
ETA: MY EYE IS KILLING ME-the drops are doing no justice! Plus my stupid neighbors woke me up banging on the door of their house. I need to move (as well as start planning a wedding!)

AWWW, if it makes you feel any better, I've been couped up for 5 weeks not able to walk!!! but actually a girl on here recently had it!!! it's not just a child's infection. you can get it easily if you work around children or if you wear contacts i think!

I dont work around kids, and I dont wear contacts, I dont understand where this came from. The last time I was remotely near a child was 3 weeks ago! but yeah, I feel kinda gross!

LOL i didn't want to make you feel terrible!! just wanted to tell you i know how it feels hehe don't feel gross... this is a TOTALLY normal thing. my coworker got it a few months ago!!

I noticed yesterday all i did was watch movies (had to watch brokeback again-RIP Heath) and ate. It was a nice break, but Im very accustomed to running around all day long at work and coming home and doing more things. I guess maybe I just need a break!
Hope you're able to walk soon! When do they think you'll be able to?

you know it's hard to enjoy the 'relaxation' of not being able to do anything when you're sick! after the first couple of weeks, i'd seen every single wedding show episode 3 times and i was just BORED!!! so i totally know how that feels!
but my mobility is increasing and my pins come out on 2/1. i'll be able to walk right away but i won't be able to run again for a few months! but thanks soooo much for the well wishes!!

Well as long as youre taking the relaxation and really using it to recover! In hindsight, ya have to think about it, when's the next time any of us will have a spare minute just to relax!?

its amazing. since i started I cant stop. fh got me addicted. I used to always drink chamomile but green tea makes you feel good! :)

YES!!
I get BROMLEYS. I used to get it imported from Ireland but now they sell it in pathmark. That green tea is real green tea and it really is delicious.
I hate bentlys. Dont get it. Too green. The trick is to take it out and not let it sit :)

hang in there!!!! I actually got pink eye last year and my doctor said it could've been because I was on a plane with lots of kids. Who knew????
Anyway, I totally feel your pain -- I've been home since 9/10 and can't go back to work anytime before 3/1.
