Has anyone been to Cabo? Can you recommend an all-inclusive resort?
TIA!

Re: Cabo
we went to the Dreams resort in cabo San Lucas. It was a really nice hotel and the food was yummy. The only issue i had was that we couldn't swim in the ocean water at the hotel because of the undertoe and we hade to take a bus, which was $25 a day, for the both of us to get to the beach 20 minutes away where you could swim.

Re: Cabo
FH and I went to Cabo San Lucas about 2 years ago. It was a great trip. We stayed at The Melia but I dont think it was all inclusive. I dont remember there being too many all-inclusives there but I could be mistaking.

Re: Cabo
we are goin for our HM, but i dont think there are many AI resorts there. To eat out everyday is supposed to be pretty reasonable.

Re: Cabo
we stayed at the RIU , it was all inclusive there were alot of couples on their honeymoon. I thought it was nice , FH hated the food , but I thought it was fine. We ended up eating out one night :( I think you take a gamble on the food with some of the all inclusive places.

Re: Cabo
FH took me there for my 28th b-day a couple yrs ago. We stayed at Marina Fiesta Resort. It wasnt all inclusive, but the food and service was excellent. I would suggest staying near the marina/downtown. There is so much to walk to (bars, clubs, restaurants, fishing, beaches, shopping, Cabo Wabo, etc). Near the marina, there are very reasonably priced restaurants, not sure about further away. There is a Ruth Chris steakhouse where we ate dinner often, but there are cute little restaurants where you can get good food, and great breakfasts!! The closer you stay to Medano Beach & Lovers Beach are where all these activities are.
(Also, Medano Beach is one of the few beaches you can safely swim at, its relatively 'calm' - the ocean here is very rough, especially the further south you go, near the ARCH)
If you stay closer to the airport, you will need to take a taxi to leave the resort. This was the best vacation I've ever been on. You will love it!!

Yes, every vacation spot on planet earth! LOL
We are just at a loss bc I hear so much stuff about hurricane season and I'm really nervous. We've considered...
French Polynesia - That's not gonna fly since we are buying a house and are now poor lol Costa Rica - I was told that October is THE rainiest month of the year there St. Lucia - Still considering Antiqua - Still considering Cabo/Puerto Vallarta - Still considering
Do you have any suggestions??
