So FH and I are deciding on doing Cabo for our honeymoon but I am curious if anyone has gone down there during the end of July/Early August? How is the weather? Is it too close to hurricane season?
Anyone stay at the Riu Palace?

My fiance and I went 2 years ago to Cabo at the end of July. It IS hurricane season then. We dodged a pretty massive hurricane by only a few days. It's a gamble.

I am actually staying at the Rui Palace for my bachlorette party. We are leaving July 23-26th. One of my BM's went there aroung the same time and said its beautiful!

i stood at RIU palace in DR. it was a reallly nice hotel. food was good (no one got sick). and the weather was fine. we went the end of july.
if that helps at all. being that i just told u about a riu in another country.

We were in Cancun from June 30-July 12th last year and we had perfect weather. Obv Cancun is on the opposite side of MX than Cabo but thought I'd throw that out there. Your best bet is to ask multiple travel agents' opinions.

That is where we are going and staying at the RUI Palace - I know a few people that have gone in the summer and it is beutiful -
They do not get Hurricanes like the caribbean it is very very rare if you look it up you will see how beautiful the weather is most of the year - It does get Hot during the summer months - but it is dry because it is closer to Cali.

My FH and family and me actually went to Cabo last year at the end of June..not far from when u wanna go and the weather was beautiful...definitely hot!!..RUI Palace looked beautiful ..we didnt stay there though...I would google hurricane season over there but it was really nice when we were there....if u do decide to go, we would def recommend taking an ATV tour(all terrain vehicles)and cannopying through the valleys..that was great!!..also the club Squid Row was really fun!!

I am staying at The Riu Palace in Cabo for our Honeymoon in July - hurricane season at that time is usually in the Caribbean - Cabo should not experience Hurricanes at that time of the year -since its on the Pacific Ocean as per my Travel Agent
