We want to go away in April or May, has anyone been to either?? Any recommendations, we were thinking Dreams or Riu in Cabo havent looked into Costa Rica yet.

I stayed at the Riu Santa Fe in Cabo, but the Palace was right next to it....I went with my FH and 2 other couples...we had a blast...no hotel night life, but a 5 minute ride into town with good bars

Dreams is nice but a little distance from all the action in Cabo. Riu is very nice

I have never been to Cabo but I have been to CR and it is absolutely beautiful there!!!!! It's like Hawaii...lush and tropical. We saw a volcano erupt, stayed in a rainforest, and hiked up waterfalls I want to go back!

Ive been to Cabo and it was great! The only thing I didnt like about it was that the ocean was soooo rough...totally unswimable!

Stayed at Riu Palace for our HM in 07, it was FABULOUS
