Anyone ever go to a cactus salon? I am having such a hard time with deciding on my hair. I don't regularly go the the salon. I dye and cut my hair myself. So i have no salon that i frequent. I really dont want someone coming to the house bc i think it will just be chaotic. My family is way too large and with my siblings from OOT at the house it will be nuts there. Anyway, I was looking at the cactus website and there are a few by me. They are full service and do spray tan and all that. Just curious if anyone would reccommend them or not. TIA!!!

I think for the 'day-of' hair, you should more look for a specific stylist than a salon. If you know someone who loves one stylist at cactus, go for them....
Maybe stop by a salon and ask for a trial?

I also have been getting my hair cut by cactus in syosset for years but in the end decided to not have my hair done there for the wedding, not all places have the best people for updos. i had a trial there and wasn't thrilled. i'm still searching though. good luck

thanks girls. i guess it would hurt to go for a trial. i also dont want anything complicated so im thinking i might be ok. ill update if i go for a trial. do you remember how much the trial was?

totally go for trials....
my mom got married in the 60's, and just wanted her hair up.... she specifically said 'no beehive'.
guess what they gave her
she was horrified. she ran home, and re-washed her hair (beehives required TONS of spray), and did it herself.... how's that for wedding morning stress
