Cactus Salon

Has anyone used this place on Jericho, just past hungtington? I am considering them for my wedding day.

I've never been, I go to Bocu.. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I used the plainview one for make up but not hair

Is it the Cactus on Jericho near the Pathmark shopping center? That is where I get my hair done (Just started these past few months). Kim is really good for cuts. I haven't gone for a updo yet but based on her cuts I'd say she would do a nice job. I'm going to go for a trial mid-2003 when my hair grows in a bit more.

I grew up right down the road from that Cactus and had my hair and makeup done many times there. Everyone I have been to there has done a nice job!

I have been using Cactus in Plainview for my make up from Lisa- St. Onge Cosmetics. She does amazing work and I have been using her for years. She will also be doing my make up for my wedding

I've been going to Nancy at Cactus (well, she used to be at Papillon in Plainview) for years.....she is AWESOME!! She IS pregnant now, though, and due soon. Both me and my mother go to her. I live in Manhattan, and tried people in Manhattan, but no one compares to Nancy. I still go to her. She gave me her price-list for the bride and bridesmaids if you are interested.
