Cafe on the Green

Anybody been to a weddings there? prices? hows the food? cafeonthegreen.com

My brother got married there a few years ago. The food was very good but the room was odd- because of the size of the wedding it was actually in two rooms. Other than that, it was very nice.

Ive never been to a wedding there but we've had xmas parties there, the food and service was really good!

my mom was the event planner at Caffe when I younger I just about grew up in that building . There is so much I could tell you.

My FH and I visited CAfe on the Green during our hall hunt and I personally didn't like the setup of the hall. I found it to be more of a shower type place than a wedding place.

*Another thing I didn't like was that there 's alot happening there, there can be a couple of parties and then the everyday restaurant.

I also didn't like the room setup of the place. It is sort of like an 'L' shape, so the people on one side might not be able to see the dance floor and the band. One of our friends went there for a dinner for work, and they had a podium set up to give out awards with a dais table. He said from where he was sitting in the room, he couldn't see anything that was going on.

I guess if you had a smaller wedding, you could not put many tables on that side, but I just didn't think it would be a good place for us. We have eaten in the restaurant and the food is excellent.

Same here! I thought I was going to love it, but when they brought us upstairs I was very disappointed. The layout of the room is odd and we didn't like that we would be in a different room from some of our guests. The dance floor is small too and never would have fit our 10-piece band.

My brother looked there for his wedding, didn't book there because he said the owner is a real jerk, and I had a similar experience with the owner too.

I've never been to a wedding there just for dinner. They food is great! It's one of my favorite places.

I would recomment Cafe on the green for a very small wedding, but other than that I would not suggest. The rooms are not big. The food it great though.
