Yea our cake is provided by the Rolling Pin through our hall. We just have to go a month or so before the wedding and pick out which one we want or submit a pic if they do not offer a cake similar.

Our Hall is providing us with the cake we just have to go and pick out what cake we want and the filling and all that fun stuff as it gets closer to the wedding

kissy27, that cake is gorgeous!!!

we were offered a cake by our hall but we love audreys in sayville so we're getting the cake from them; we're using the $ from the complimentary cake toward something else at our reception...

our hall provides the cake..but just an FYI - 9 times out the 10, the hall actualy gives you a credit that can be used for the cake. when you go to the baker, see what cake is available for the credit.

i really want a cupcake cake. i want it to stand out and we really don't like bakery cakes

my fiance wants a cake that looks like a big oreo.....is that tacky? we both love oreos....but i never dreamed of my wedding cake as a big oreo.....

mmmm...big oreo......so good...no not tacky if its what you want. i think its cute and something that will make your wedding stand out

we are using one from hall and we get to pick what we want but i dont know when... we can bring in pics and they will create it they told me

Maybe you can do that for the groom's cake at the rehearsal dinner. It s a fun idea for a wedding cake, but since you said it's not what you imagined, why don't you surprise FH with it as a groom's cake at the RD!
