So FH is an artist, and if he is going to hire an artist to work for him, they have to be AMAZING. The only cake decorator on LI I have found that comes close is Taste in Syosset. We are going to have a small cake (maybe 30 slices?) because we are doing a make your own cheesecake sundae bar (yay) at the RH, we will serve the cake at the brunch the day after. Since it is small, we can spend more per slice to get something really great. I am worried about delivery from NYC, which could drive up the cost. Now I am rambling, I have been looking for a while. Any ideas?

Re: Cake artists
The girl who is doing my envelope addressing is really a cake artist who does other wedding things on the side. Her website is pretty new but she has tons of cake pics on her FB. You can contact her through the website and ask for the site with all of her cake pics. The website is www.ckrdesignsny.com
