Cake filling
I need to figure out what fillings I am going to have for my cake before tonight's meeting with the reception hall.
I have a choice of vanilla or chocolate cake with the following fillings:
Bavarian
Cannoli
Chocolate
Chocolate Mousse
Napolean cream
Raspberry Mousse
Strawberry Mousse
Tiramusu
Vanilla
The frosting on my cake will be buttercream.
I need to find the best combination!

*rubs hands together* Cool, okay, I'm liking the idea of Chocolate with Napoleon cream, but all the choices sound delicious!

Wow they all sound good. But I recently had chocolate cake with cannoli filling and it was so yummy.

My cake is 5 layers and each layer is a different cake, filling....ask if you can mix them up....

I would do chocolate (or vanilla) cake with chocolate and raspberry mousse. Yum!

We went with a devils food cake with a chocolate mousse filling, with buttercream frosting...tasted delicious!

canoli filling! We had vanilla with canoli for the e-party and everyone said it was the best cake they ever had.

I've decided to go with the following:
Buttercream frosting
Vanilla cake w/ Cannoli
Chocolate cake w/ Chocolate Mousse
And here is what the cake will look like (minus the flowers on top)

We are doing chocolate cake with raspberry and cannoli filling and it tastes so good!!

We chose strawberry filling (not mousse) with yellow cake and buttercream frosting, but I would select chocoalte mousee - it would be the best!
