Cake Filling

I wanted to know what you ladies are choosing for your cake filling? FH and I finalized our menu and chose our fillings but I didn't like that the menu specialist person was not to helpful.

we are doing a red velvet cake with the cream cheese filling ...... yummmm...if it wasnt that then we were going to do a neopolean cake (french cream filling)

Red Velvet. That's all I know right now. We haven't done anything food related yet... I just know I want red velvet!

we had chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and raspberry mousse. it was so delicious. everyone raved about it. it wasn't too heavy and each slice that both.

I'm not sure what our options are yet, but it will probably be raspberry and cannoli. I really want red velvet and cream cheese, but I know that's an upgrade, so it's not happening, unfortunately.

We went with white chocolate icing/cream, I'm not really sure what it was. And it had white chocolate shavings in it. It was sooooooo good. And I normally don't even like white chocolate.

We had 2 cakes one was red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and the other one was vanilla cake with vanilla custard

we did chocolate cake and yellow cake with white chocolate mousse. The mousse tasted like whipped cream. SO GOOD.

I knew some of my guests did not like chocolate so I got the yellow cake which was DELICIOUS too!
