We're having devils food cake with one layer of chocolate pudding and another layer of white chocolate mousse!

grrrr...i love chocolate mousse - or chocolate of any kind, but my FH isn't a fan of chocolate - so i'm not sure what we're getting!
i always suggest chocolate though.....

I just tried cannoli filling in a cake (usually I just had regular cannolis) and it was delish!!!!!!!!!! My FH liked it too, but would like to have another type of filling in a different layer. Any ideas for that?

Our RD cake was raspberry filling with chocolate cake

the wedding cake was vanilla icing with white cake and buttercream icing - delicious :)

I have to taste it but this is the cake we think we want -

Light airy sponge moistened with a grand marnier syrup- on each of the four layers you will find a thin layer of orange marmalade and french butter cream
